A mid-century motel reimagined for the modern traveler — record players, heated floors, wine fridges, and a firepit to end the night. Less than 2 hours from New York City, in Red Hook, NY.

Moving the past forward

The Reclaimed Motel was built in 1960, and we fell for its mid-century bones — the long low roofline, the original 1960s sign still standing out front. We added the things that make a stay worth remembering: vintage vinyl record players, reclaimed vintage furniture, heated tile floors, wine fridges, a sauna, common area firepits, and private decks with sweeping views of the Catskill Mountains.

We kept the charm. Replaced the plumbing.

Something special for you (and your friends, and your family, and your fur baby)

Every room has been individually curated with vintage and second-hand items. Bathroom tiles, sconces, doors, chairs, records — we believe that everything can have a chance at a second life.

From the decks to the adjoining party rooms, this motel is intended for making memories with fellow travelers. You’re welcome to bring your pup, too!
